HDMI MODULAR MATRIX SWITCHER
Brightlink Multi Mix HDMI Modular Matrix Switcher systems are highly customizable and are an ideal solution for large scale AV distribution projects that require a specific amount of AV inputs and outputs and at the same time allow for future expansion so that you easily add additional sources and displays when needed.
HDMI Modular Matrix Switcher systems are, as the name indicates, modular in design which allows for almost any input / output combination your AV distribution project requires.
HDMI Modular Matrix Switcher systems come in fixed case sizes such as 10x10, 16x16, 18x18, 32x32, 40x40, etc… The first number being the maximum number of inputs and the second number being the maximum number of outputs the matrix case can fit. For example if you get a 32x32 Modular Matrix case you are able to start with just 20 inputs and 20 outputs and when needed you can get additional Input / Output cards and expand the Modular Matrix System to its max of 32 inputs and 32 outputs.
Our HDMI Modular Matrix Switcher systems are also Multi Mix systems meaning they can take various types of input signals and send them to various types of output signals such as HDMI, DVI, RGB, SDI, or VGA. For example you can have an HDMI input going to an SDI output or a DVI input going to a RGB output or any other combination.
When distances are longer then what standard cables, such as HDMI or DVI, can handle we recommend using one of our various HDMI extenders to achieve long distances without signal attenuation.
