WARRANTY INFORMATION
Each product may have different warranty information on the product page. If not please follow the below warranty information:

2. Inspection Obligation
Customers must inspect all shipments within three (3) calendar days of delivery to verify:
- Receipt of all ordered items in full
- Absence of visible damage or manufacturing defects
Failure to inspect and report issues within this timeframe may result in a voided warranty, and no claims will be accepted thereafter.
3. Warranty Policy
3.1 LCD Video Wall Screens
- Covered by a limited one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase.
- If a screen is received damaged or non-functional, BrightLink AV will cover freight costs for replacement shipping.
- If a defect arises after installation but within the warranty period, BrightLink AV will ship a replacement unit at no charge; however, the Customer will be responsible for outbound freight costs, which typically range between $600 to $1,200 USD.
- The warranty is null and void unless:
- The shipment is inspected within three (3) days of receipt, and
- A completed warranty registration form is submitted to BrightLink AV within this period.
3.2 LED Video Wall Panels
- LED video wall systems are covered by a limited warranty of three (3) to five (5) years, depending on the specific model purchased.
- During this period, BrightLink AV will cover the cost of shipping both ways for defective components requiring repair or replacement.
4. Warranty Exclusions
The following are not covered under any warranty and are the sole responsibility of the Customer:
- Travel expenses
- Labor or technician service fees
- Installation or re-installation costs
- Inspection or diagnostic charges
- Packaging materials or preparation for return shipping
- Removal or reinstallation of defective units
- Any other incidental, indirect, or consequential costs or losses, including but not limited to downtime or business interruption while your product is being repaired
In addition:
- Warranty coverage does not include the provision of loaner units.
- In some cases, loaner units may be available upon request, subject to payment of a refundable deposit equal to the full retail value of the unit.
- The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, both to and from BrightLink AV or its service center, including any applicable duties, tariffs, or taxes related to such shipments.
5. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse team, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, less any applicable restocking fees or deductions as described in Section 1.
