GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
We're happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund, excluding the original shipping cost. Here’s how it works:
- Unopened & Unused Products: Eligible for a full refund.
- Opened or Used Products: Subject to a restocking fee ranging from 10-30%, depending on the condition assessed by our warehouse team.
- Custom Orders: Please note that custom orders, such as video wall displays, LED displays, and any mounting hardware, are not eligible for returns.
- LCD VIDEO WALL SCREENS - Warranty includes repair or replacement within 1 year from date of purchase. If screen shows up damaged or defective we will pay for freight charges to ship new screens. If screens have defect after install and within 1 year from the date of purchase we will send new screen for no charge but you will be responsible for freight charges which can range from 600-1200USD on average. Screen warranties are not valid unless screens are inspected and warranty form filled out within first 3 days after receiving your shipment.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our designated warehouse in the USA. Please note that returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number cannot be processed.
Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
